The Automatic Physical Calibration system, or APC for short, is a calibration using modern technology and is highly accurate in creating a table for each tank from the actual work site, regardless of how much the tank is tilted. We can calibrate accurately.

APC system is a calibration by creating a table for reading new tanks. With a system that works quickly and accurately, it can be operated on both old and new tanks. You only need to have enough oil in stock equal to the tank with the maximum capacity.

Generally, we will use a 200-liter measuring tank to measure 200 liters of oil/water at a time and pour it into the oil tank and wait until the oil/water that is poured is still, then measure the height and record the height per volume of oil/water that is poured in. Which takes at least 3-8 hours per tank. But our APC system uses our own developed software system to control the dispensing of oil or water into the tank to be measured and uses a high-resolution automatic probe to measure the height of the oil/water. We can set the reading to be as low as 50 liters per time (the resolution of the calibration affects the working time).
